About me:

Lami Suleiman is a Ph.D. candidate at Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center (NCAC) in Warsaw and a researcher at Laboratoire Univers et Théories (LUTH, Meudon) from Observatoire de Paris.

The supervisors of her work are prof. Leszek Zdunik (CAMK) and Dr Micaela Oertel (LUTH).

Lami Suleiman is also a member of the French collaboration MAC (Compact Object Modelisation) as well as a representative of the Department of the Youth Network of the French Physical Society.

Her research as a part of her doctoral thesis entitled “Thermal evolution of Neutron Stars” focuses on:
the modelization of neutron star matter and modelization of macroscopic parameters of neutron stars.

Strictly speaking, her study is concerned with the partially accreted crust of neutron stars and neutrino emissivity related to Modified Urca processes.
