The Science Popularizer competition is organized by the Science in Poland service, published by the Polish Press Agency Foundation. It awards people and institutions that popularize science, help others to learn more about
and better understand phenomena occurring around humans, present the latest scientific research results,
share knowledge and scientific passion with people, regardless of their age, level of education and professional
career of the recipients.
The award for 2024 was given to the monthly "Delta", published, among others, under the patronage of
the Polish Astronomical Society. One of the editors of the monthly (editor of the astronomy work)
is our colleague from CAMK PAN, Warsaw, Michał Bejger. Astronomers from CAMK often publish articles in Delta.
