From November 1, 2024, a new document titled:
will come into effect at CAMK.
Our priority is to create a friendly, diverse, and safe working environment. The document outlines principles and procedures aimed at protecting employees from undesirable behaviors and providing support in case of their occurrence.
Prohibition of Undesirable Behaviors: Mobbing, discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment are strictly prohibited. The employer takes preventive measures, including monitoring the situation and promoting social coexistence principles.
Duties of Employees and Supervisors: Employees are obligated to respond to undesirable behaviors and comply with the anti-mobbing policy. Supervisors should quickly resolve conflicts, set an example of appropriate behavior, and report incidents requiring intervention.
Complaint Procedure: Any employee who has experienced or witnessed mobbing, discrimination, or harassment may file a complaint with the Employee Rights Ombudsman or the Director. Anonymous complaints will not be considered.
Anti-Mobbing Committee: Complaints are reviewed by a specially appointed committee, which operates confidentially and impartially.
Actions in Case of Violations: If a complaint is confirmed, the employer will take corrective and preventive measures. In severe cases, the employment relationship with the perpetrator may be terminated.
In case of suspected violations of the anti-mobbing policy, we encourage you to contact the Employee Rights Ombudsman or the Director. Detailed information regarding procedures is available in the full document.
We encourage all employees to familiarize themselves with the new document. Together, we can build a work environment based on mutual respect, trust, and support.
For questions or concerns, please contact the relevant individuals at CAMK.
