Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education has just announced that Polish astronomers have an opportunity to apply for observations on European Southern Observatory (ESO) telescopes under the same scientific conditions as those of the current Member States and through the same process. Using this opportunity would undoubtedly strengthen our proposal for full membership of Poland in ESO.
